Any time I have a question about something being a scam that comes from what looks like a reputable source I go to their website and see if I can complete the action that they are requesting from there. I never click on a link posted in the email. Also, if you have questions about the authenticity of the email forward via online website to the security/fraud section and inquire if it is from them or not. Ann in TN

I would say SCAM big time don't answer

SCAM>>>SCAM>>>>SCAM>>>>> Hope you didn't reply!

Always type in the address you want to go to and make sure it is for the one you want. Never go straight from your email account. This is a pain, but that is what the scammers and frauds do to honest people.

I have a free hotmail account. It's a scam. Delete it. Your program should have put it automatically in the 'junk' folder. :-D

SewExtreme, I thought the same thing.. I was wondering why it went to my inbox??

I had two of these same messages about my yahoo account when I logged on this morning. I marked them as spam and deleted.

1. can't find a better use for their thinking skills 2. keep inventing ways to trick trusting people :-D PS: Hotmail verifies active accounts by you opening your account up at least once a month. It could be a longer period of time but it is definitely connected to you simply opening your account and at least looking at it. Hope this helps! :-D |
