I received this e-mail this morning, the actual e-mail has the windows logo, and looks very real.. has anyone else received this???Thinking scam but dont want to loose my e-mail acct...

They should not be asking for your password, so it looks like a scam to me.

Just go to your regular account and see if it needs to be updated. Never, ever go thru someone's email.

Anytime you get an email asking for very personal information, assume it is a scam. Do NOT respond.

Most likely a scam. I received a similar one for my PayPal account and promptly deleted it. Looks like they're getting desperate!!

Without a doubt SCAM. They wouldn't ask your password. anyone can pull the Windows (or any) logo from a website and use it in their e-mail.
To be on the safe side if I were you I'd logon to your hotmail account and change the password. |
