have him sleep with a bar of soap that help with leg cramps and RLS.the ivory soap does not work .

I have had that same thing..RLS. I found that if I take a nice hot bubble bath before going to bed..and take one..just one..tylenol pm..that I rest better. DH and I bought something I couldn't live without..a 4 inch memory foam mattress pad..makes you fell like "BUTTA" I hope he finds what is ailing him. Not getting the right rest is terrible. Marsye..take him to the doctor.

Oh what a miserable feeling....been there...I have that from time to time...if it was every night it would drive me crazy....and that's not a long drive anyway. :lol: Some dumb doctors don't realize rls can affect more then legs. I would end up walking the floor until I dropped from exaustion...It hasn't happened to me in a while and I hope it never does again!......Does your hubby have back problems? I suspected mine was related to all the back problems I have....I hope he finds some relief soon.
