I cook the meatloaf and the chili meat (no beans) so I can microwave. The burgers stay raw for the freezer of course.

That is alotta meat loaf. lol. I use different things when I make mine, but I used to use the stuffing packet they had in the boxed stuffing, until they put it all on the crumbs instead. That seemed to work well.

I've also used onion soup mix.
I've crunched up cornflakes instead of bread crumbs.
I don't like tomato sauce, so I don't put that on top like most do. I've also stuffed my meat loaf with mashed potatoes and cheese. Philadelphia cream cheese has tasty cheeses now and the garlic flavored one is yummy.

I use my hand mixer with the dough hooks to mix mine. I don't mind the goopy hands but my arthritis hands can't handle the cold meat. The mixer works really well.

I top mine with a mxture of ketchup, mustard and brown sugar about half way through the baking.

I use the recipe off the Quaker Oats box, using oatmeal instead of bread crumbs.

I make d l batches of certain foods also and freeze extra. Easier cause there's just two of us if I dont feel well or busy just pull out of freezer! Meatloaf, Chili, spaghetti sauce, soups, chefs surprise, goulash ect. Need to stock up again!!
