I can see the reason for a stand mixer now! I don't bake a lot other than bread and I let the bread machine work the dough for me so I could never rationalize the cost of or space for a big mixer.

Maybe I need one after all!

I use cracker meal, onion, egg, Pace Pecante Sauce, shredded cheddar/jack mix, diced green chiles and a can of Nibblets corn in mine. Make it a Meximeat loaf

I always use gloves for large batches,

For smaller mixes, I put all ingredients in a ziplock bag, squeeze most of the air out as I seal it then massage it to death..almost.
I then plop it into a pan and it all comes out basically shaped and in one piece. Toss the ziplock and no clean-up.

For large batches, there is now a 2½ gallon bag available. :thumbup:
