I also have SLOW dial-up. If you resize your pictures before you try to upload them, and upload one at a time, it should work OK. I copy my pictures that I want to resize so I don't mess with the quality of my original. I open the copy up in PAINT. I right click and choose stretch/skew. I put 25 in both boxes, which reduces the photo to 1/4 of its original size, Choose save and then come here to upload. I know that sounds like a lot of work, but it is really fast.
