You can extend it a bit if you want to get even fitter. Pick up the block and carry it with you whilst moving around the house. Thay way you will walk round the block several times and not get dizzy!

I made a little wood block that I tie this exercise note too a long time ago.They sold good. But I lick the idea of a quilted block better.
