I have really enjoyed the rain, we have had rain the past few nights actually has some hail last night. It woke us up. My hubby will have to mow our "grass" now. It will be his third time to mow this spring/summer. Im sure he has enjoyed not having to mow out in the heat.
The cool temp today has been wonderful. I live in SE OKC/Moore.

Not a drop down here   All around us to the north and east, just missed us,BUT we got the cooler temps too.So nice to be able to open the doors and windows
We didn't have to turn on the air until 2 this afternnon..
The weather patterns finally seem to be changing ,allowing cooler temps and rains to come in, now all they need to do is go a little bit to the south so we can have some too.

Hi Jacquie
This is so odd, I was just thinking of you yesterday and wondering if your part of the country was getting the wonderful rain that we were getting here in Fort Smith. Glad to hear that you did.
We have had over 30 days of temperatures from 100 to 115. Such a relief. Got up this morning to 69 degrees. What could be better. Makes one a little more lively. Have a great day.

No rain here in Quitman Texas, but it only reached 100, that was a bonus. I watched the radar yesterday and it was as though Moses was parting the rain clouds (instead of the sea)as they approached east Texas.
It's going to rain, it's giong to rain, it's going to rain...
