Crap!!! I was hoping that it was the other one... I would carry around a copy of the police report until you get it replaced...that might help you out if you get stopped...a warning would be better than a ticket.

So sorry! It does infuriate me when vandals do their nasty stuff.

I called the police department today to see if the report was ready. She told me it would take a couple of days.

We had a rash of vandalism in our town. Vehicles were checked to see which ones were not locked and then ransacked of everything in them. The police didn't do much to find the sorry bum. No one was hurt so it went to the bottom of their list. They just said file an insurance claim. When the guy was caught it was a homeowner who held him until the police came.

That's awful! So sorry you had that happen.

What happened to what we were taught growing up "if it doesn't belong to you, keeps your hands off!" I guess parents aren't teaching that any more.

at first I thought they were doing this to resell parts, but was thinking it would damage them to go so fast.
To think that it was done out of pure vandalism...you know it happens, but it's still a shock.
I'm a baby boomer and somewhat old fashioned. I'm sorry the nasties of the world are becoming more and more commonplace!
This guy's gonna be having a lot of stuff coming back on his plate!

That is terrible. What is wrong with some people. We have a rash of broken windows in the neighborhood by ours. It's horrible to drive down the street and see all those car windows broken out. In our case it's usually kids.
