When I get a "suspicious" e-mail, I right click on the senders name (without opening the e-mail) then I click on properties. Then click on Details and then message source and it will let you see what is in the e-mail without opening it. It is a safe way to see what the sender message is. My SIL is a computer security engineer and he told me to do this to check on any e-mail.
