On my HP laptop, I just place the cursor on the image, right click the mouse and a menu comes up with "view image", "save image", "copy Image", "open link in new tab" and a few others. I just click on "view image" and then save it or "copy image" and then go to my pictures folder and paste it to the correct file there.
