Just got back from dinner, I managed to pass on the appetizers and eat a healthy meal. It's hard when everyone is like "mmm, these are so yummy" around you. LOL

MJ - So sorry for your diagnosis but with a lot of prayers and determination you can prove them wrong.

I start working tomorrow at a flu clinic in a retail store. Let's hope I make it through the day without munching on things I don't need. Kick in will power!!!

I'm glad your heart is doing better but doesn't pulmonary means lungs? That can't be good.

MJ - I'm sorry the prognosis is so bleak. Know that my prayers are with you. If there's anything I can do to help please let me know. Thank you for thinking about me in this difficult time for you. God Bless!

(singing Good morning to you. good morning to you. we're all in our places with sunshiny faces.)

Well, wasn't that cheery? Good thing you can't actually hear me singing  It is Friday and the beginning of a long week end. When I get through today at 12:15 I will not have to go back in until Wed morning at 8. Yippee!!!! look at all that sewing time. and probably eating :( . I will try and stay within my calorie range. I plan on walk/jog on the treadmill this morning, so hopefully that will take care of some of the extra calories.

Just want to say welcome to the new ones and welcome back to the ones that participated last month. Last month was my first time doing this challenge and there are so many, many good encouraging words here. Keep them coming.

My short term goal for this month will be to get under 200. I now weigh 205.6. That should be very doable.

Ya'll have a wonderful, blessed day

Good morning all you beautiful losers! Mean ole Louisiana is getting the rain we were promised. I hope they need it bad, too. Too many areas are drowning!

I am waiting for the guys to show up to replace my garage door. It almost fell on Josh & I Wednesday night. Thankfully, we caught it before it landed on our car. No damage, no injuries. I dreaded calling the landlady, but she has been great.

I am resting today - tomorrow I have an 8-mile walk planned. Then things will really get busy.

Hugs to all!
