I always loved to hang nice white diapers on the line when my kids were babies. Everyone thought I was out of my mind!!!! They were the best of times.  :lol:Can you guess how old I am?

We have a retractable line from the corner of the house to the fence. Unfortunately our dog can jump several feet straight up and nothing is safe.

I LOVE my clothsline and I use it all summer and on any warm day possible. I have a funny story about drying the sheets on the line. One day I brought the sheets in to put on the bed...we slept in the fragrant sheets the first night and on the second night around 1 a.m. my husband let out a yelp.....a bee stung him on the behind! My poor honey....but also...the poor bee. He must have been trapped in the sheets when I brought them in and he made it through one night...but he wasn't going to stand for anymore of that....lolol...we can laugh about it now.

Love hanging out clothes on the line. The smell is awesome!

Can't do it lately- too much rain and I've had a severe case of poison ivy so I've been doing laundry (washer broke too) and using the dryer to be sure everything gets out of the clothes.

Might be on the down side of it today so back to outside drying soon (if the rain holds off).

Hung 3 loads out today. Love the way they smell. My mom hung clothes out in the winter to freeze dry. Loved it.

When my kids were small I didn't have a dryer, hung everything out. I've been known to change the bed every day just to have that nice fresh air smell.

I think a fresh bed every night would be heaven. But, I don't have the energy to strip the bed, wash, hang out, and remake every day. Once a week has to be enough.

I don't either, anymore. That was when I was young and full of energy!
