So funny, and something I would do. Savers? I've never been to one. Being an Arizona snowbird I may have to check them out.

Glad I'm not the only one who does things like that!

I bought some drapes at Savers to use temporarily in our 'new' house. The permanent ones FINALLLY arrived. The single guy that bought our old house (across the street - a long story) had asked if he could have the temp ones, so I gave them to him. Now here's why it's funny: 2 are gold and okay - 'regular' drapes; the 3rd is rust-colored with big grommets.Tthe combo was ugly when it was in our living room, and it hasn't gotten better by moving across the street!
