Question Soup Machines

I got an email from my Penpal in England about soup machines. Googled them and found they are pricey. Has anyone heard of them or has one?

An all-in-one combination cooking unit and blender.
What wouldn't work from me, is that you are only making one batch at a time.
Even though I cook only for myself (for the most part), I still do big batches of soup.

My parents recently purchased this one http://www.tefal.com.au/All+Products...oup+and+Co.htm and they love it. Makes great soup in around 1/2 an hour and is easy to clean.

I guess I don't necessarily want my soups blended. I'll stick with my slow cooker. No more room in my kitchen anyway.
