Kay earlier you could see her neck around the mane area jumping and moving ... not sure what was going on but that has since stopped

Yep that was probably flies. We have the fan running in her stall to try and keep them out but some must be getting through. I dont like to spray pregnant mares with spray

Yes Star started foaling outside last year but we got her into a stall. So I really do not know what her specific signs are as she was down and pushing when I found her last year

I was paying attention to the fact that she is staying in her stall, also ... she strolls outside once in awhile, but she doesn't seem to go to far from the stall door.
I am thinking it must be very warm and muggy today where you are, so the stall may be cooler?

No it was more than a neck twitch... it was like if the foal was kicking but more up in the neck area...
