Our cable company in FL was really quite superior to others with access to local support when needed and excellent service until they got bought out. We have heard that everyone who is a 'legacy' customer with the previous company will see rates go up much higher under the new company. Apparently, we were undercharged for better service. Would love to cut the cable.
