Tool girls offensive or not?

I agree with Nancy...get tired of the constant flaunting (maybe cuz I don't and will never again look like that? ;) ) On the other hand, Pinup girls have been the norm since what? The 1920's or 30's...what's one or two more? If it sells tools why should they stop?

Like my DH is dumb enough to buy a tool because cutsie is posing with it. I'd rather see it in use for what it works on. LOL. Not offensive to me, just big business. You see the makeup ladies and I now I won't look like them, no way, but I buy the makeup. Same o same o....Sigh......

Thank you for posting the examples. I don't consider that pornographic at all. It wouldn't influence what tools I purchase. There are commercials on tv that I think are a whole lot worse than this, like the girls in their skimpy bras and panties, pills trying to make men grow in that certain area, feminie supplies, etc...
