AWww. We all have our highs and lows it comes with the territory of weight loss. Don't give up, just keep at it and if you need a cheer leader we are here for you.

Don't be. It's a slow process! Not every day is a "good" day. I've had bad weeks - but it does get better.

Don't weigh every day. Once a week is plenty.

I just got home a bit ago from my wheelchair yoga class. Holy Moly!! I am worn out. It felt so good to move like that (even if just in a chair)! The teacher was wonderful at helping me do some of the moves. I can see how this can help me in the long road though. It can really help with flexibility and endurance. Hopefully as the weeks progress I will end up less sore.

The first week or so is always the hardest. I am very glad you found a way to workout. This is gonna be so good for you and your weight might start dropping faster too.

Here is my lastest quilt. This is for those who don't surf the QB. I am really liking this quilt but I can't have it, it is going to be auctioned off at the Tymeless hearts carnival. Unless I can make a better one. Do you think it would bring them much or should I make another one. BTW I still have to finish it, in other words I haven't sewed the blocks together yet.
