Just remember vertigo causes you to feel nausuas (SP?) so I couldn't eat this past week and I am down to..............182 lbs.
I would say yipeeeeeeee if I lost it by dieting but I didn't I lost it cause I felt too sick to eat. I don't know if it counts. And more then likely with next week being Thanksgiving and me not being able to resist whipped cream I will probably gain it back..........sigh........
