Great pics guys! You have made such wonderful changes, you should be proud of what you have accomplished. I don't really have any pictures of myself, since it's always me taking the pics. But I have only lost 14 lbs so far, so I still have a ways to go to catch up to you.

14lbs. is great. Laurie you are doing good, keep it up. How long have you been trying to lose. It has taken me 6 months or so lose what I did. This month has been terrible for me.

I lost about ten pounds in July, wasn't really trying then so I don't know what happened. Then I joined the weight loss challenge in August and lost four more. I haven't changed an ounce since then.

When I first started losing I wasn't trying either. I just decided to make 1 change in my eating habits. Apparently the change was enough to get me started down the weight loss road. It sure has been nice not to have my belly rubbing on the steering wheel when I drive. LOL.

I have been trying to cut down on the snacking, I tend to eat when I am stressed or bored. I think July might have been when I cut back on my Pepsi, but I'm not gonna give that up completely. Now I really need to work on adding some exercise.

Good morning..........I see Missy changed her avatar. I like that you girls have your picture up you look so BBBBBEEAAAAAAUUUUUTTIIIIFFFUUUULLLLLLL. It gives everyone the insentive that they can do it too. I wonder if maybe from now on when I post the new months sign up just below the rules and stuff people post before and after pic so that the new players can see the difference and know that they could do it to. What do you think girls????

I am going to weigh myself, when I got out of the tub last night I think I look thinner again. Or the weight is shifting. My belly started high up under my boobs and last night it wasn't as puffy. I will let you know.

Love your new avatar Missy. I'm enjoying having a face to put to some of these names.

Laurie 14lbs. is great it's hard to drop even 1 lb. 14 is a real accomplishment. Keep it up, little changes make a big difference. Baby steps.

A few things we can do to make ourselves feel better about ourselves. Go buy a really well fitting bra. When our bra fits our breasts perk up and make our tummies look smaller. Get at least one outfit that fits well and flatters us. The second hand store is great won't cost lots. This is important to us as we will only wear that size for a short time we are on the way down. Dress in these nicer cloths even at home we will feel more motivated if we feel we look good.
