See I'm sure you are being very hard on yourself. You are doing great you have lost about 30lbs. and I'm sure it has made a huge difference. I admire you for that when half the time you can't get up and move. It's the moving that helps me loose. Don't be so hard on yourself Tru.

Thank you. I keep looking at it too. A picture looks way different then a mirror does. I like the pic better.

OK - I've been lurking and reading this thread for quite a while. Getting encouragement. This thread is not only good for losing weight. I read it because you all make me get off my big butt some mornings and get some things accomplished. And now I'm consciously cooking healthier for my family. I've been the same weight for the last 6-7 years. I'm holding so I figure that's good. I'm mostly healthy - just the usual aches and pains of growing old. But the encouragement you all give to each other I take to heart (even though it's not written to me) and it has pushed me to keep on going some days when I have had no energy to even get dressed.

Even though I don't post here, know that I am 'pushing' you all on to your goals. You are all great.

    But . . . I digress . . . The reason I'm posting now:
Carrie, throw that old picture out, delete it, rip it up. She looks like she could have been your mother  Your new avatar looks like a totally new person. Keep up whatever it is that you're doing. It's working.

Remember everyone - one day at a time. You all are doing great.

Missy: I love your new picture! You are very pretty. And smart and insightful. Keep up the good woork. I can tell you are getting smaller all the way from Brigham City, and I'm mostly blind.
