Come on everyone! We are doing this for ourselves and supporting each other, so lets not allow temptation to derail your motivation and be strong and help your fellow quilter lose some weight.

Remember, at the end of the month, or on Nov. 1st, you will be able to eat that halloween candy......but that is your reward staying on track in October.

    Diane,

Stevia! While I am working hard to get sugar or the need for sweetener out of my daily diet, I find most people are loving the liquid stevia in flavors. Here is a link to the best prices I have found.

    http://www.vitacost.com/productResul...iquid%20stevia

Many use the flavors to make their own soda, using calorie free soda water.

I really like the idea of a fat quilt. I think I am going to do a Sudoku quilt. But to make it I would need 81 blocks. So I think I will do one block for every 1/2 pound. That would be just about right for what I would love to lose. The blocks are just simple simple simple but the order of them is the trick. In my way of thinking a sudoku is appropriate because losing weight really shouldn't be that hard, you just have to think about it and do it the right way. The same thing for figuring out the Sudoku puzzle.

The hCG diet is where you take homeopathic drops (or injections) daily while on a 500 calorie restrictive diet. The hcg burns only the bad fat, up to 2000 calories worth daily, not the good fat that your body needs. The purpose of the diet is to reset the hypathalmus and your metabolism so we can eat like normal people again.

Kevin Trudea wrote a book "The Diet Cure They Don't Want You to Know About", but you can read the diet anywhere on the web by Dr. Simeon. There is a lot of misinformation on the web about the diet, so be sure the version of the diet you are reading is the correct one and not an updated/altered version.

I researched it for a year, reading tons of posts on message boards and joining online groups before deciding to do it.

Today was such a bad day for me. I ate about 8 Chunks Ahoy and 15 pieces of pretzel m&ms. I will do better for awhile I find sometimes its better to give in and get it out of my system. I love cookies it's my downfall.

#1 Looks sexy and #2 looks like you are very happy. Which mood do you like? I like #1.

It's so hard because you look like you're really enjoying yourselves in #2, #1 you look like you are so in love. So which mood do you like best. I think I like #1.
