I'm in the same boat. I would love it if you pm me and I you to help keep us on track. When you have the fear of pain it is hard for me to get modivated. I did not walk yesterday because I was hurting just moving around the house. I need to exercise to help the dieting. Gail

If there is pain you might try walking in the water, it burns as much as regular walking but it really takes the pressure off the joints and the back, thats the only way my neighbor can get exercise because of leg pain and back pain

I use honey, molasses, and agave syrup to replace the sugar in my recipes. Today I'm going to make a chocolate cake that's sweetened by apple juice concentrate and pitted prunes.

For me I add certain things to my foods that will sweeten it up a bit but also provide me with vital nutrients. For example, I use baby food bananas alot in my oatmeal or cream of wheat. So, yes I have some sugar but it is not empty calories. I am getting important stuff too.

I know I am late with responding. Sorry 'bout that! I'll do better Tru...promise!

Now that you have bought all that crap, why don't you just de-crap the house? :D

I de-crap mine frequently. All of the crap goes to the food bank. And like magic...my house is decrapped!! LMAO

Missy I would do that but I can't afford to replace it with the good crap. I will just add on to my work out routine, a few extra minutes on each machine will help. LOL

Oh how I know that feeling! In this case you not only bought crap but now if you slack off (which I know without a doubt that you won't) you would then be wearing crap on your body.

I know. It is pathetic. I am one sick chick. But, according to my psychiatrist, as of yesterday, I am not even minutely psychotic. Damn. That means that I have to at least try and act normal.

    *snort*

I went to my tops meeting tonight to get weighed in and I'm up a pound and a half. Not sure how that happend because I was really good this week. I turned down pumpkin pie and everything. I went to the gym and did weights monday and am still sore so maybe that might be why. Oh well back at it tomorrow and I WILL lose next week. Hope all you are doing well in your weight loss journey.
