Missy ... From the smiles in those photos it looks as though the lovin' goes both ways!!
A Winter wedding would be wonderful!!
Oh Dona..I would LOVE a winter wedding! I have been talking to my mom about it and just like a daughter and a mom the conversation usually revolves around what kind of dress I want. Oh the choices! I would like to lose more weight though before a wedding but we will see.

Oh! Oh! Oh! Gwyn, when my mom gets home from Vegas next Monday I will have her take that pic and do the other things I told you I would send you. I really am not a flake...just super busy. :D:D:D

Hi everyone,
Just been reading to catch up on the postings. I like the idea of a fat to skinny quilt. If I do the quilt thing I think I might use the Farmers Daughter quit blocks. They seem to be a challenge because of the triangles and such. Just like or weight loss challenge and new healthy life style.
Missy the pics are just beautiful. You both have that glow that comes with a deep feeling for each other. Enjoy every day of your time together.
I made choc. brownies 2 nights ago and each night I have had a 2 inch sq. It hasn't had an effect on the scale yet and they are all gone now so back to being good. I just had such a craving for them I thought just have them and get done with it.
I wish you all a successful month.

Aww Gail (and everyone else) THANK YOU SO MUCH for all of the compliments about the pictures. For those that have been in this challenge for a while might remember my journey as I was preparing for surgery and then Mike popped into my life. Tru surely remembers me promising to keep the nickel between my knees. I am happy to report that the nickel is still there! :) I am a good girl Tru! :)

I just want to say how those in this challenge have become family to me and I really care about you. Hang in there and keep doing what is working for you! You guys ROCK!

I spent 7 hours doing college level algebra this afternoon. Yes, 7 hours. That's what I get for procrastinating. Anyway, I was so stressed afterwards that I broke my sugar-free diet. Boo. :( Oh well, I will go back on the wagon tommorow.

Missy, You and Mike are a cute couple.

Christina... Are you caught up with your Algebra now???
Get back on track and get some brain energy snacks that are not sugar laden... munch while you study... helps pass the time and keeps you focused :D Hang in there...

I am back down the three pounds I gained :D... Now to get down to the next number 141 (or lower) :D

Weighed myself this morning. Not too bad. I haven't lost anything since the start of the month but I haven't gained much either. I decided to try doing Weight Watchers at home. That will help me get control of my eating and allow me to start working on the emotional side. I've been meditating and praying each day and I hope that my inner child will begin to heal, which in turn will make me want to shed the weight. Oh, and I'm also dying to make a quilt block for my fat quilt! lol

I have started this month out in a bad way. Went grocery shopping while I was hungry which is not a good idea at all. So I bought a bunch of crap we don't need. LOL.

When dh and I go shopping and he buys things I can not have to eat, he brings it home and puts that stuff in his office and if I don't see it I don't eat it. Out of sight, out of mind.
