Oh how I know that feeling! In this case you not only bought crap but now if you slack off (which I know without a doubt that you won't) you would then be wearing crap on your body.

I know. It is pathetic. I am one sick chick. But, according to my psychiatrist, as of yesterday, I am not even minutely psychotic. Damn. That means that I have to at least try and act normal.

finally down to what I was at the beginning of September :D I somehow gained 3 lbs but it came off so I'm a happy camper.
Walked 3 miles today with DH... by the end both of us were dragging.... I think we jumped too much in the length of walk... need to cut back so we can function for the rest of the day... exercise should not wipe you out so that you are non-productive the rest of the day. .. Started putting primer on the walls in the addition... that will be exercise in the morning :D

Sounds like you all are doing very well. I on the other hand have gained 3 lbs in the first week of this month. So no quilt blocks for me. I will try to do better from now on. The brownies that I made 3 days ago have caught up with me. But I just craved them so just went with it. Had my fill now back to trying to be better and move the scale back down. You all are helping me on this journey. Thanks

Okay Dokay...it is time for us to play a little game. This game is called "Pick The Best Christmas Card" and, lucky for all of you, there is plenty of room for everyone to play. :D

Below you will find two Christmas cards that I made and before I place the order for the cards I wanted to hear from all of you because we are ALL creative and fun people.

So there. All you have to do is pick your favorite and let me know.

I am ever so grateful for you guys and I value your opinion in a huge way. Thank you bunches!!

I was down three pounds today...I have not cheated and I feel good!

Come on everyone! We are doing this for ourselves and supporting each other, so lets not allow temptation to derail your motivation and be strong and help your fellow quilter lose some weight.

Remember, at the end of the month, or on Nov. 1st, you will be able to eat that halloween candy......but that is your reward staying on track in October.

Could I find out what the hcg diet is, please? Thanks in advance...
