I found this in a box of garage sale things and have no idea what it is. It has double rollers on it. Anyone know what it might be? No id on it except made in China.

Ha, ha. Isn't everything made in China? Not sure what it is though. I cleaned out my hubby's garage and found some interesting items in there too. No idea what they do.

Is it something to do with setting screen netting into the storm door when repairing/replacing it? It's hard to tell without some sort of scale or hint as to it's size!

Looks like a wrapping paper cutter I used to have. Hold the roll of wrapping paper tight and run the cutter across.
