I'm getting really hungry! Lots of great ideas. We are having chicken wraps tonight. We just had tacos the other night. Homemade Lasagna is planned for Sunday with the kids.

I am having a tabbouli salad made from brown rice, herbs, apples, and chicken. My dinner time is not for over two and one half hours- I am really looking forward to it!

Hot roast beef sandwich for hubby with left over roast and for me tuna on triscuts and some sliced tomato. One of my favorite simple meals.

We had a BBQ the other weekend and I froze the leftovers, 4 hot dog buns, 2 hot dogs and some hamburger that I rolled into a hot dog shape. Plan was DH was going to grill them tonight while I made the salad but it's raining so I'll do them in the oven broiler. Have some store bought crumb cake for dessert, think there maybe some ice cream left too.
