Default What Does That Thing Do??

Manicure Sets - I recognize the file, nail clippers, tweezers and buffer.

But what is that thing that looks like a tiny two tined pitch fork? And how am I supposed to use it? Any ideas?

It is a cuticle trimmer.

I had to Google a Manicure set to see what you were talking about.

I haven't seen one of those. Might be a bigger set than I have seen.

As a former cosmetologist, you should never cut the cuticle, that is what the pusher is for. The little clipper is to clean what the pusher exposes.
