Ice cold Shrimp Salad - That is the best breakfast in the world! That or a boiled ham sandwich with Miracle Whip on it! I used to take the bus to school and Mom would always put in an extra boiled ham sandwich and I would eat that on the bus on the way to school. That was back in 1952! As long as your stomach is happy, you are happy. It doesn't really care what you eat, so long as it has enough vitamins and minerals that no one can say "That's not a healthy breakfast. Oh, yah. I love cranberry and walnut bread toasted for breakfast. Can only get it one place in Wisconsin that I know of - I usually buy four or five loaves and bring it home to St. Paul, Mn. And yes, pizza is good for breakfast. For sure! Edie

I am very traditional with my eating habits. I like cereal, eggs, pancakes or pastry for breakfast. Our main meal is usually at lunch with meat and other fixings. Supper is a mish mash of sandwiches, leftovers, cereal, an egg sandwich. We always have dessert each night. I don't eat pizza or a burger for breakfast, that kinda of grosses me out. When I lived at home, my mother served us breakfast sit down style each morning. All our meals, are sit down together. My DH and I play 3 games of rummy after each meal, no matter how busy we are, the games are a stress reducer.

I eat whatever the mood strikes, no matter the time of day. No hubby anymore, might as well eat what I want, when I want.

When I write my memoir of life as a widow, it will be named "Brownies for Breakfast".

We love waffles for dinner rather than for breakfast, so eat what you want, when you want. Enjoy life; it's short enough as it is.

Had some left over waffles one time, Dh is not a fan, used them instead of bread and fixed a really good ham sandwich.

We used to have pancake suppers at the kids school to make money for school activities. We served pancakes and bacon. I started doing that sometimes at home and the kids loved it. I eat what I feel like eating no matter the time of day. Now that DH and I are the only two here most of the time we just eat what we feel like when we feel like it. We order out for delivery a lot so in the morning I look for left overs. I love Pad Thai for dinner and the left the next morning. Lo Mein and fried rice are great in the morning also. When the kids and Grand Kids are here for a visit I cook three meals a day and have a lot of snacks around for them.

No way. I love eating breakfast anytime of the day and pizza or other lunch/dinner foods I would eat for breakfast. I often eat my bran flakes with raisins in the evening. Chocolate waffles with ice cream is great anytime. My hubby also has no problem with that.
