Default What food did you hate as a child?

I was making my favorite stewed tomatoes for dinner and remembered how much I hated them as a child. I got to thinking about other things I disliked and now love, shrimp, fish, and cauliflower. I still hate Brussel sprouts. What foods did you not like as a child and love now?

Around age 40 I started liking liver fried with onions and bacon. Yum! Anything tastes good when it is fried in bacon.

Green peppers - horrid!!! Used to hate anything with onions in it/on it - but now like them. I have already told my family that if they feed me green peppers in my "senior years" in a nursing home, etc. that I will come back and haunt them.

Hated avocados as a child (and my grandparents had a HUGE avocado tree -wish I had that beauty today), now I almost can't go a day without them. Still think creamed corn and Spam should be banned from the planet!

I hated almost everything. The only meats I liked were lamb chops (can't stand lamb now) and liver! Today many years later if a restaurant has liver and onions and/or bacon on the menu, I look no further, still one of my favorites.
