I have the same tv. One day I hit a button and suddenly I was on the TV. It was so weird and I don't know what I did to make it happen, Got a great view as I walked away! Scared myself

This is done via location services. If you use apps that track where you are, such as the GPS for finding your way around, some of them share this information. There are settings for turning off location services on your phone, but then some of the features won't work. In any case, most of us have been using store loyalty cards since the 1970's, and those are a method of tracking our buying habits and sending out targeted ads. This sort of thing has just gotten more sophisticated. In some respects these are helpful. For example, I get a lot of coupons from my local grocery store chain for things I regularly buy. It saves me having to sift through tons of coupons for things I don't want. However, if you once go in and buy a box of baby diapers for your grandchild, you may start to get a lot of baby-related ads.

Please tell me how to do that!

I'm glad not to have a radio or TV in my sewing room. I tend to get distracted very easily.
