I don't snack while quilting. Which is kinda interesting now that I think of it, my sewing room and kitchen are the same room!

I have chocolate & hard candies in my sewing room, I also keep a box of baby wipes in there in case I start drooling chocolate lol!

I am trying to stop eating while quilting, lol! I really LOVE chocolate, but my pants are getting tight, time to put it away, lol!

Oh no food or drink at all allowed in my quilting room. that way, i have to get up and move if i get hungry or thirsty.

No eating while sewing. My sewing is in the basement, so I keep my iced tea and any snacks (popcorn) in the kitchen, makes me take breaks to rest my arthritic back.

I always pour myself a glass of Diet Pepsi, place it out of range, then forget about it. I start quilting and I forget to eat or drink.
