Stay in under the AC! Unless I'm lucky enough to see my grandkids, then anything goes.

I am in Oklahoma City. Where does your friend live? If we are close anytime, would love to catch you. PM me!

I booked my flight for Stephen and I on July 7th to SK. We will be there until the boy's dad either comes to pick us up with the trailer and Kyle, or we fly back.

I go home every summer, for the summer.... This year I will be taking over my mom's care from my dad, so he can have a break.

We have a cabin at a lake not far from my parents house, so we spend most of our time, on the beach hanging out with our cousin's.

I will bring a machine with me this year so I can do a project while I'm out there.

You can do it! When my son grad. from high school we flew into Denver, rented a car and started driving. We saw Mt. Rushmore, black hills, Yellowstone, Durango/Silverton, Grand Canyon, Bryce and Zion canyons and the Tetons, and then drove back to Denver. We did all this in 10 days. So that leaves you 4 days to drive back to Va.

Well that depends on if we have a summer at all.

Central Oregon is known for having a 2 day summer (days when it gets above freezing)........lol

Seriously, my husband and I plan on going to the zoo and the submarine museum in Portland. Maybe go out to the fossil beds in John Day.
