No real worst, thank God! BEST: our son & wife finding a home that completely suits their needs with an autistic son: it's on a dead-end street, nearly an acre(in a suburb) with 6 BRs, 2 baths, and one of their neighbors has an adult son who is autistic so the other neighbors are aware of it. I cry with joy every time I go there or leave as I thank God for that awesome gift of a home for them. I cannot be thankful enough for prayers answered! My 3 gks are so happy and content in their own home, the blessing is just immense to me!
May you all have a blessed 2014.

Best was finally rebuilding my friendship with my oldest daughter, worst was having to get a restraining order to get my sociopathic brother to leave us alone. (I am so ashamed that it had to get that bad, but I had to defend me and DH from further abuse.) I still love my brother, I just can't live with his violent temper anymore. I hope none of you ever has to go through this heartbreak.

Wow, there is always someone walking down the same road! The loss and hardship saddens me, but the good and the resolution to continue in strength cheers me.
The worst-- i am in a very deep depression. The best-- my husband adores me, my children are well and happy, and my dgd has a promotion to big sister coming in May! And the good so outweighs the bad, so why can't I get out of this hole?

Dealing with the one year anniversary of my husbands death. And, finding a frozen kitten (dead, we thought) in the snow 3 weeks ago, having him come to life, survive and become our new fur-baby, Dexter.
