My fav.......& some things like soup or pasta are just better heated up.

We had homemade pizza. But also made some delicious rosemary bread.

Tonight's menu features Swiss steak made in the crockpot and will be accompanied by carrots and mashed potatoes! Boy, but that Swiss steak is smelling so yummy!!! :D :thumbup:

We had creamed turkey,using meat I'd picked off the bone & froze.Baked sweet potatoes & green salad.All tasted good,we were hungry.

took 3 leftover boneless,skinless chicken breasts.cut them into bite size pieces tossed them in a fry pan with a tiny bit of oil,then tossed in frozen mixed vegetables,let them fry for a little while then added the leftover chicken Rice-a-Roni,continued frying and tossing it all up,then took 2 eggs scrambed them up and tossed them into the pan also and mixed them up unitl the eggs were cooked,my leftover chicken fried rice.Pretty darn good

Last night I baked chicken with salsa poured over it on top of the wood stove. Also had green beans from the freezer (out of the garden last summer) and angel hair pasta sauted with a little olive oil, garlic, onions and mushrooms.

Every meal sounds better than the last :) Today it's sauteed ocean perch,oven fries & cole slaw.Strawberry shortcake for dessert.
