I made some curry chicken, mushroom & broccoli over wild rice. If I can remember to go by the Fiesta, I will pick up some shrimp for Cilantro & Lime shrimp tonight.

Tonight we had a carry-out meal from the local Catholic church to which several of my neighbors belong. During the Lenten season, they have a Friday fish fry. We had the seafood platter. It consisted of a piece of cod, 4 butterflied shrimp, some clams, french fries, coleslaw, a roll, and hushpuppies. It's accompanied by tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. Their fish fries are the BEST!!! We are absolutely stuffed!!! They only have two more Fridays for this year, and then we'll have to wait until the 2012 Lenten season before we can get more. :( Oh, and my sweetie picked up two pieces of homemade carrot cake for us. They sell desserts for a donation. I'm not sure we'll eat them tonight!! :-)

We're having breakfast for dinner - omelets, hashbrowns, bacon.

And for dessert - baby chicks. (Made from chocolate cake mix, frosting, and yellow candy melts.)

I bought some McCormick recipe Inspirations - Rosemary Roasted Chicken with Potatoes - I am going to prepare for dinner. It will probably make enough for 3 or 4 meals but that is great since I don't like to cook.
