Okay, since no one else has asked the question, I will!! What in the world is "pig-lickin cake"????!!!!

It's the chicken my mom would make every Sunday morning before we went to church. Put flour, salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder, lots of paprika in a bag. Toss your cut up chicken in the flour to coat. Just brown the chicken (don't cook), on both sides, and place in a roaster and bake @ 325 for about 2 hrs. Moist and delicious also good cold.

I have no idea, it is only 3pm. We are all outside waist deep cleaning the pond. We are a mess. (yes, i snuck away for a snack, but the comp was calling me LOL) Thinking maybe after all this work we might just order a pizza.

My husband took me out. Best dinner all week. I didn't have to cook it.

Grilled Chicken and Romaine Hearts all in a lemony dressing. I had this at a brewpub in Columbia, MO and loved it. Grilled romaine worried me as I don't like it "wilty" but it's really just grilled about 1 minute on the cut side.
