Ina Garten's cook book Barefoot Contessa Family Style has a similar recipe called oven fried chicken.

We have a larger family 16 people for lunch is the norm and doing it this way enables us to all eat fried chicken at the same time.

Since it is our 41st. anniversary we are having something we haven't had in such a long time I can't remember... We are having a steak on the BBQ, baked potato, and sugar snap peas. It will be wonderful.. I probably should add some rolls, and a dessert... but, the steak is enough of a splurg for us.. It's gonna be good..

Fixed DH nachos. I had a huge spinach salad and vegetable soup for lunch so don't need anything else. Except the glass of wine while I made the nachos.

Just about to prepare Parmesan Crusted Chicken, which I serve over egg noodles with a Lemon Cream Caper sauce. Yummy!
