was just discussing this with DH over tea - I said - my ideal day -
AM - scramble a dozen eggs and cook a pound of bacon - eat as much as I want

Noon- Make a big bowl of chicken salad and get a bag of potato chips - eat as much as I want

PM - Make a big pan of apple crisp - eat the whole thing.

Go to bed and burp.

Pinto Beans, that have cooked all day, and hot buttered corn bread, maybe with a green onion or two...and a big ole glass of sweet tea...

That's what we are having for supper, come on over.
My comfort food was cheese until last week when I found out my cholestrol is up. Dr wants me to do a low fat diet. :-( I am not over weight and I exercise. I'll do what I have to to stay healthy, but I don't have to like it.
