was just discussing this with DH over tea - I said - my ideal day -
AM - scramble a dozen eggs and cook a pound of bacon - eat as much as I want
Noon- Make a big bowl of chicken salad and get a bag of potato chips - eat as much as I want
PM - Make a big pan of apple crisp - eat the whole thing.
Go to bed and burp.

My comfort food was cheese until last week when I found out my cholestrol is up. Dr wants me to do a low fat diet. :-( I am not over weight and I exercise. I'll do what I have to to stay healthy, but I don't have to like it.
