Take down day after Christmas. Even when I used to leave up til New Years I never would light up the tree. Outside lights will come down when the snow melts although they don't get turned on anymore.

Well, it’s January 1st and all our decorations are still up. I am enjoying all the decorations and believe me, the house is totally full. Everything is staying up till next weekend because it’s a huge job to pack everything away and I have plans this week. I am turning on the big Christmas tree each day, the tree lights cheer me. I’ve never kept a house decorated after New Years Day, but I am loving it this year. The year 2017 was a rather awful year but it ended well.

Whenever I get sick of them. I took our tree down yesterday afternoon. The Christmas quilts are still up for now until all our friends are back in town.

Any time around New Year's Day. Theoretically, I'd like to leave until January 6, but realistically, I'm ready to have the 'extra' gone. I think I could leave the if the opened gifts weren't around it. Taking the tree down forces me to try to find a place for those. I love my children, but I wish they knew I don't need anything that takes up space.

I am not fond of Christmas anyway because I feel it has lost its true meaning but our 3 granddaughter live with us so it means a lot of fun to decorate around the 15th of Dec. but I take it all down on the 26th of Dec. I like to get back to routine and a regular schedule as soon as possible.

I will take ours down before the end of January when I am ready. I loved our decorations this year.

I took ours down on New Year's Eve. For some reason it looks magical until Christmas and then I'm sick of it.

I don't put any up, so I don't take any down.

I take outs down the last week of January, around the 25th or so. Growing up we would wait until February 2nd, but that's a bit long for me. By that time the decorations just turn into clutter.
