I live in Waycross and we're in the same boat! I think we missed winter this year. We've had the ac on for a week now. I'd like to have a few days of winter, but only a few.

Well I will tell you come to Florida. We are having 80 degree weather already and I'm not ready for it. We need some cold weather to survive the really hot summers. So I will send you hot weather if you send us some cold weather.

Winter. Who wins in winter? No fan here. There was a time when I lived in central NY and loved the four and six foot snow storms. It would get so cold the attic beams would crackle and boom.

We had the best time on our snow shoes when the snow was really deep. We would tramp out to local beaver ponds and listen to them talking and in early spring you could hear the pups in their cozy dens. That is what I liked most about winter.
peace

Not any more. I live in E PA and snow just usually makes a mess.

NO! I am NOT ready for spring. We got gyped out of another cold, seasonal winter! When it's winter, it should be COLD! "Stay inside by the fire and sew" cold! I HATE 50 degree weather in January!! Spring doesn't come till March - I want it COLD!! Any questions?

The weather here in SC has been unseasonably warm. My maple in the back yard is leafing out and my camillas are in full bloom...The weather is very confused...It makes me want to get out and start planting but I know better...It is not spring yet.....

I'm not a gardener, but I'm a snowbird in AZ from CT, and the temps are reversed. Warmer in the East than the west right now! Who would have guessed? Our furnace has been running for almost a week!
