Oh that is so funny!!!

I do remember having to lick & stick them for my mom. And I remember going to this place to redeem them, but I don't remember what she ever got.

Memories! Yes, I remember licking them and pasting them to the book.
I also remember "eagle" stamps!

I remember putting the stamps in the books for my Grandmother. Brings back good memories :-P

I remember them well. Got many a thing I could not afford to buy. I still have a pair of scissors I got with Green Stamps.

Yes, I remember them too! My mom was a stamp fanatic. I wish they would bring back some of the great incentives they used to have!

My Mom saved green stamps all year long and used them at Christmas to get gifts for us when we were growing up and even after we were grown and married. She was a very practical woman and one year everyone got electric knives from the green stamp store as a couples present. Wouldn't mind having green stamps again. At least we'd get something when we doled out almost $4 a gal. for gas.
