Just curious if you are has barns with Quilt block on them. We took a road trip over the holiday weekend and traveled about 400 miles. We have lots of barns in the Kentucky area that have had Quilt blocks painted on them. After seeing about 15 or so we started counting. Over the next 300 miles or so we count 31 barns with quilt block. It was so much more fun then playing license plate bingo!!! Just wondering if this is just in our little area of the world.

I think the craft is taking hold all over the country. I wish I had a barn to put one on. I don't even have a garage door:)

I'm thinking of putting one on my fence. Don't really want to drill into the stucco.

It's a tourist attraction that's taking off. I recently went to Ohio for the National Quilt Trail Gathering to share my novel, "Grow Old With Me." I spoke about my book and how the printed word can benefit the heritage and preservation of barns and quilting. We have MANY quilt barns in TN and NC areas where we frequently travel. My website has lots of pics.
