I agree. I also think the planet's gravity is becoming more of a problem than global warming. Also think someone needs to run lab tests on laundry soap because my jeans are getting smaller and so is hubby's. We can't seem to fit into them as well as we used to and I don't blame it on "wintering over" or "couch potato" issues. I know it's the soap's fault.

Do you think we can do some hand sewing while we hang from the monkey bars?

lol! somewhere in all the books I own, I have a book written in the 70/80s? by a woman who lost a bunch of weight and went into fitness and 1 of the things in her exercise reps was hanging w/ her hands wrapped around a towel (to hold onto) hung from some sort of support so her body could hang "dead weight" (door, open stairway) for a few min count! she said it helped decompress the spine!and it makes you stretch taller!! lol

Guess what, if you do go to the playground and hang from the monkey bars you will not only get taller but maybe slimmer, don't forget to use the other equipment- swings pumping your legs should stretch them out. The merrygo round should give you a facelift and the slides will buff up your bottom. Let me know your results.

People would really get a good laugh at me just trying to get up on the monkey bars......let alone hanging there with my silver hair and knowing my luck my dentures would fall out.
