wish i would of thought of that let us know if it works. i had the goal of reaching the end of the bed while laying down when i was younger,, never did make it

Just wait until you get to the age I'm at and start going in reverse! Since the bones normally compact as the day progresses I think I'm going to start staying in bed! (I'd go nuts if I tried that!)

just had a thought would hanging upside down like monkeys also get enough blood to the brain that would help us with so many senior moments? by the way I'm bringing my foot stool

Along that same thought, my Dr. told me I'm the right weight ......... for someone 6'2" tall.
