This happened to me but, after a few days the printer worked again. I think the drivers had to be updated for Windows 10.

I'm not doing it. I have a three year old computer without a touch screen. I don't want to risk it. Too many things go wrong with Windows updates. I'm using Bitdefender which works better than any of the others I've previously used.
