Are you a crier?

Has nothing to do with hormones, mayb you might cry a little more if your hormones are imbalanced. Crying is a normal part of life, if you don't cry then something is wrong. Tears are pearls from the heart. Someone once told me that and I will never forget it!!

Not so much, I am a very calm person, but I have softened up a lot with age, I think I smile more. My husband is the crier...he is very up front with his emotions...happy, sad, angry all done at volume with lots of arm waving. Tough, sturdy Sicilian who has a big heart:)

Very rarely do I cry. Actually, I can count on one hand the times I have cried since I escaped puberty! I'm more of the bottle it up til you can't take anymore type (really bad for you I know). Wish I could be a bit more of a crier not only is it healthier, it seems to help people stay happier and more relaxed.
