I often seem to find what I'm looking for at Fabric.com. Have had good service from them, including a couple of returns due to colors that didn't work once I saw them in person. Their prices can be somewhat less than fabric stores. They are now discounting for multiple yards. I might just add that I found it to be quite expensive to make drapes/curtains. You can buy them in a store for less. I hate to discourage anyone from sewing and getting exactly what they want, but that was my experience. With that said, I am kind of proud of my lined, grommet, window sill length drapes. They turned out nicely and are exactly what I wanted. Probably cost me about $150 and lots of time.

Repurposing other fabrics is cheaper (table cloths, shower curtains, etc) Otherwise, fabric.com or fabricdepot.com. you might also check EBAY and Etsy. Often you can find someone destashing. Here in the Phoenix area we have discount home Dec fabric places. Check your local listings.

I usually go to Amazon. The fabrics I order from there generally come from Fabric.com or Hancock's in Paducah.

This is the site I go to first for curtains, drapes, etc. I like that they have $1 samples of their fabric.

Have bought lots over the last couple of years and been pleased.

Fabric.com has been my go- to fabric shop for almost 20 years. I always check there first.
